Service Strategy

To ensure we provide customers with professional, efficient, and customized bare copper and tinned wire production services tailored to their needs, helping them create high-quality products tailored to their specific applications, we have established the following standardized service process. This process prioritizes customer needs, balancing professionalism with flexibility:

I. In-depth Needs Matching, Laying the Foundation for Professional Cooperation

1. Targeted Needs Identification: Initially, we will arrange for a professional technical consultant to conduct one-on-one consultations with customers, focusing on their core needs for bare copper and tinned wire. These include product applications, key performance parameters (such as wire diameter, resistivity, tensile strength, and corrosion resistance), batch requirements, expected delivery times, and special process requirements (such as annealing and surface finish standards). Through meticulous questioning and detailed needs analysis, we ensure that customers understand our commitment to their needs and establish initial trust in our expertise.

2. Expertise Support: After clarifying customer needs, our technical consultants will provide professional recommendations based on industry standards and production experience for bare copper and tinned wire. For example, we recommend suitable material specifications and optimized process solutions for different application scenarios to improve product performance or reduce costs, and answer customer questions regarding production processes, quality inspection, and other aspects.

II. Prototyping and Contract Signing: Clarifying the Details of Cooperation

1. On-Demand Prototyping and Mold Design: Based on the customer's confirmed product parameters and design, we will initiate the prototyping process to ensure that the samples precisely meet customer requirements. For some special specifications (such as non-standard wire diameters or special cross-sectional shapes) of bare copper or tinned wire, custom molds are required, and the associated mold design costs will be borne by the customer upfront. To protect customer interests, we have established a mold design fee refund mechanism. If the actual order quantity of the product reaches an agreed-upon threshold (the specific threshold will be determined during communication based on factors such as mold type and production difficulty), we will refund the customer's paid mold design fee in proportion or in full, reducing the customer's initial investment costs.

2. Drawing Confirmation and Contract Signing: After sample production is completed, we will promptly ship the sample to the customer for inspection and confirmation of appearance, dimensions, and performance. Once the customer has no objections to the sample (i.e., the final design agreed upon by both parties), we will sign a formal product purchase and sales contract with them. This contract will clearly define key terms and conditions, including product specifications, quantity, unit price, delivery time, quality standards, acceptance procedures, payment methods (including a deposit percentage, typically 30%-50% of the total contract amount, negotiable), and liability for breach of contract, ensuring the legal protection of both parties' rights. The customer must pay the deposit promptly as agreed in the contract. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will officially commence mass production. Production will commence from the date the custom mold (if any) is completed and meets the mass production requirements, ensuring a clear and controllable production schedule.

III. Mass Production and Delivery: Ensuring Efficient Contract Performance

We will strictly adhere to the product standards and production plan stipulated in the contract for mass production, conducting multi-step quality inspections throughout the process to ensure that the products meet quality standards before they leave the factory. We also promise that product delivery (calculated from the date the custom mold is completed and mass production begins) will not exceed 45 days. If delivery is delayed due to force majeure (such as irregularities in raw material supply or policy adjustments), we will notify the customer in writing 72 hours in advance and negotiate a solution. If delivery is delayed due to our fault, we will assume the corresponding liability for breach of contract as agreed in the contract. After production is completed, we will safely deliver the product to the customer's designated location using the logistics method agreed in the contract (such as road, rail, express delivery, etc.) and assist the customer with product acceptance to ensure smooth receipt of the goods and efficient contract fulfillment.
